OBJECTIVES

Fundamental objectives of the center are:

a. To establish and operate infrastructure which is to support theoretical and experimental researches and applications of design and manufacturing,

b. To encourage and support every kind of scientific and technical research and development in relation to the design and manufacturing of mechanical device, tool, machine, equipment and system and to provide a basis for utilization of these on the part of public and private institutions in every field of life including industry, agriculture and medicine,

c. To provide advisory service on technical and scientific problems for public and private establishments, and to realize and apply the projects which may be demanded in the scope of working capital,

d. To encourage and support the educational staffs and students who will do research and development work in related fields at University, and to supply required coordination,

e. To cooperate with national and international institutions for research and applications in related fields,

f. To develop the relations and interaction between University and Industry,

g. To organize seminars, courses and conferences, in order to make public the resulting researches and applications, and if necessary, to give relevant certificates to participants,

h. To work on other matters relevant to the establishment purposes of the center which are compatible with Law of Higher Education.
